July 25th-31st: 4x two-a-day trainings

August 1st-7th: 5x two-a-day trainings

August 8th-14th: 3x two-a-day trainings

Monday - Friday 6am,9am,10am,noon,4:30pm,5pm (Fridays afternoon 3:30pm or 4pm)
